Overview

This module is a universal, high-efficiency, and high-performance DC/DC converter developed for lithium-ion pure electric vehicles, A0, A00 class passenger cars, low-speed electric vehicles, small and medium-sized special purpose vehicles retrofit vehicles, electric motorcycles, and other new energy vehicles. The module utilizes a new generation of zero voltage zero current control soft switch technology and secondary-side synchronous rectification technology. It has multiple protection functions, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, overtemperature, low temperature, and reverse polarity protections. The control system uses a 32-bit high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) as the control unit, embedded with a variety of modern control theory algorithms, with high control accuracy, reliable and stable operation, high intelligence, good protection characteristics, and strong system robustness.
