Overview
The 3.3KW on-board ACDC charging module is a high-performance and universal intelligent modular charging system designed specifically for lithium-ion pure electric A0, A00-level passenger, logistics, special-purpose, modified vehicles, and other pure electric vehicles.
The system utilizes a modular, standardized, and universal design concept and adopts fully digital control technology, resulting in flexible and intelligent control, excellent protection characteristics, and strong system robustness.
The charging module incorporates a new generation of phase-shifted adder-wide zero-pressure zero-current soft-switching technology, combined with high-performance SiC, to achieve strong stability and high conversion efficiency. With a peak efficiency of over 95%, the system can be packaged as an air-cooled or liquid-cool single unit.
It can be packaged as an air-cooled or water-cooled single unit, integrated with DCDC modules as a vehicle-mounted two-in-one product, or integrated with DCDC, PDU, and other modules as a multi-in-one product.

Thermal Distribution Map and Enclosure Design Guideline
System integrators can use theoretical calculation or thermal simulation for thermal design; Prototype samples need to use point thermometers to measure and obtain temperature rise parameters at various temperature points; When rated input and output are applied, the temperature rise of each point on the surface of the heatsink should be ≤40℃ after 1 hour; The contact surface between the heatsink and the module should be flat, smooth, and free of foreign objects and oil stains; When naturally placed, there should be no gap between the contact surface of the heatsink and the module; The contact surface between the heatsink and the module should be coated with thermal silicone grease, and the thickness should be just enough to not see the base color; The thickness of the heatsink at the contact surface with the module should be greater than or equal to 5mm; For matters not covered, please refer to the specification or contact technical support.
